PC and Web based Fingerprint Recognition

Neurotechnology VeriFinger fingerprint recognition technologyVeriFinger SDK is based on the VeriFinger fingerprint recognition technology and is intended for biometric systems developers and integrators. It allows rapid development of biometric applications using functionality from the VeriFinger algorithm, which ensures high reliability of the fingerprint identification, 1:1 and 1:N matching modes and comparison speeds of up to 40,000 fingerprints per second. VeriFinger can be easily integrated into the customer's security system. The integrator has complete control over SDK data input and output.

The following VeriFinger 6.1 SDKs are available:

VeriFinger 6.1 Standard SDK is intended for PC-based biometric application development. It includes Matcher and Extractor components, programming samples and tutorials, fingerprint scanner support modules and software documentation. The SDK allows the development of biometric applications for Microsoft Windows, Linux or Mac OS X operating systems.
VeriFinger 6.1 Extended SDK is intended for biometric Web-based and network application development. It includes all features of Standard SDK. Additionally, the SDK contains sample client applications, tutorials and a ready-to-use matching server.

Neurotechnology VeriLook 4.0 SDK

PC-based Facial Recognition

Neurotechnology VeriLook face recognition technologyVeriLook SDK is based on the VeriLook PC-based face recognition technology and is intended for biometric systems developers and integrators. The SDK allows rapid development of biometric applications using functions from the VeriLook algorithm that ensure fast and reliable face identification. VeriLook can be easily integrated into the customer's security system. The integrator has complete control over SDK data input and output.

VeriLook SDK includes Camera Manager library for Microsoft Windows and Linux that allows to perform simultaneous capture from multiple cameras.

The new VeriLook 4.0 SDK provides enhanced facial recognition reliability across a wider range of facial positions, as well as a number of significant enhancements over the previous version, VeriLook 3.3, including:

  • Increased recognition accuracy, i.e. decreased False Rejection Rate, by 10-50% at the same False Acceptance Rate level with respect to the VeriLook 3.3 algorithm.
  • Recognition of faces which are rotated in-plane (rolled/tilted left or right) at any angle (VeriLook 3.3 could detect only faces with ±15 degrees roll angle deviation).
  • Increased tolerance to face yaw and pitch declination, meaning VeriLook 4.0 can recognize faces that are looking side-to-side or tilted forward or back (in many cases it can recognize faces declined up to 25 degrees).
  • Improved facial template generalization, enabling a more reliable template to be generated from a set of previously created templates.
  • VeriLook 4.0 templates are fully compatible with VeriLook 3.3.

VeriLook is available as the following SDKs:

VeriLook 4.0 Standard SDK - intended for PC-based biometric application development. It includes Matcher and Extractor components, programming samples and tutorials, camera manager library and software documentation. The SDK allows the development of biometric applications for Microsoft Windows, Linux or Mac OS X operating systems.

VeriLook 4.0 Extended SDK - intended for biometric Web-based and network application development. It includes all features of Standard SDK. Additionally, the SDK contains sample client applications, tutorials and a ready-to-use matching server. It allows rapid development of biometric applications using functions from the VeriLook library, which ensure high reliability of the face identification. VeriLook SDK enables 1-to-1 and 1-to-many matching modes, simultaneous multiple face detection, processing and identification with a comparison speed of 100,000 faces per second.

Neurotechnology MegaMatcher 3.1 SDK

Neurotechnology MegaMatcher large scale AFIS and multi biometricsThe MegaMatcher 3.1 SDK incorporates the new VeriLook 4.0 face identification algorithm that has increased reliability and face position tolerance. Also, a new palmprint identification add-on is available for MegaMatcher 3.1 SDK that will allow wider use of MegaMatcher in criminalistics. The developers and system integrators now will be able to design highly accurate multi-biometric systems using any combination of face, iris, fingerprint or palm recognition.

 MegaMatcher technology is intended for large-scale AFIS and multi-biometric systems developers. The technology ensures high reliability and speed of biometric identification even when using large databases.

MegaMatcher is available as a software development kit that allows development of large-scale fingerprint, face or multi-biometric face-fingerprint and optionally iris identification products for Microsoft Windows and Linux platforms. Iris and palm print template extraction and matching engines are available as add-ons for the SDK.

Neurotechnology FingerCell EDKFor embedded biometric systems developers. FingerCell 2.1 technology is compact, sensor-independent and cross-platform. It offers decent reliability and identification speed for various mobile or embedded devices. The FingerCell algorithm includes these proprietary solutions:

  • Full tolerance to fingerprint translation, rotation and deformation;
  • Ability to run on low speed processors;
  • Ability to recognize a fingerprint from any part of it without any core or delta points;
  • Enrollment with features generalization, that combines several samples of the same fingerprint for better quality;

Neurotechnology SentiSight object recognition technologySentiSight SDK is based on the SentiSight object recognition technology and is intended for developers who want to use computer vision-based object recognition in their applications. SentiSight enables learning of objects and searching for learned objects in images or video and allows rapid development of applications using functions from the SentiSight library. SentiSight SDK enables manual and fully automatic object learning as well as simultaneous multiple object detection and recognition in an easy, yet versatile, way.

SentiSight can be easily integrated into a customer's system. The developer has complete control over SDK data input and output; therefore SDK functions can be used in connection with most cameras (including webcams), with any database and with any user interface.

SentiSight is available as SentiSight 2.0 SDK. The SDK includes Camera Manager Library for Microsoft Windows and Linux that allow simultaneous capture from multiple cameras and a library to aid in handling video files.

SentiSight is designed to be as universal as possible and is able to perform fully automatic and manual object learning. Some of the potential applications for SentiSight technology include:
